Founded by Adi, Adya is an agentic AI venture studio that builds, ships, and backs AI products — and the teams behind them.

Adi has previously shipped at Google, Amazon, and LinkedIn in Product and Engineering roles. A CS Engineering Gold Medallist from IIIT-D, with a graduate degree in Public Administration from LSE and executive training in Product Management at UC Berkeley — and currently a Fellowship-awarded Executive MBA candidate at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Senior Product Manager - Technical
- Generated 500M USD ARR+ and 200M USD recurring profit over 5 launches creating and hydrating new AI/ML signals on core retail product search ranking in 2022.
- Spearheaded the 3-year EMEA marketing analytics roadmap (20 engineers, economists, data scientists) monitoring 3B USD annual spend towards 38B USD attributed annual revenue across 10+ marketing channels across EMEA.

Technical Program Manager (Product)
- Launched new UI for Google Wearables at I/O (Apple Keynote equivalent) in 2019, leading and executing project from start to finish coordinating 23 engineers across London and SF. Used in Pixel Watch today, with 3x engagement increase. Covered by TechCrunch.
- Designed, led and executed critical programs/projects for Wear and Fit organization:
- Worked on the Fitbit Acquisition, refactoring Health Data API's across Android.
- Improved the 1st party Google Fit app (iOS/Android) leading 30+ engineers and 3 PM teams to its first ever 4.0 rating (up from 3.6). No other releases were done during this 8-month Code Yellow Program.
- Managed and helped automate releases for WearOS, coordinating 40+ cross-functional stakeholders for monthly OS and app releases across Android, iOS, and 40+ OEMs.
- Led Accessibility Program across all of 2000+ Fitbit Org, ensuring compliance for 20+ product device teams and supporting wearable accessibility and UX research.

Partner Technology Manager
(Technical Solutions Consultant & Engineer)
- Owned go/no-go responsibility for Transit Data and partnerships powering Maps globally.
- Managed data from over 3000+ partners, workflows for 12+ operators remotely, personally launched new Transit data to over 200M users.
- Represented Google at Transit conferences, led GTFS Data Schemas, migrations and standards for Transit ecosystem worldwide, owning and authoring content for Google's Developer Documentation
- Cut partner onboarding time from 12 weeks to 6, launched Vehicle Positions data, and supported the acquisition/licensing decision for a strategic partner.
Software Engineering
Worked across the stack in a language, technology, and platform agnostic manner, shipping and designing experiences e2e live for 300M users.- Wrote the content reporting flow live to 800M active users on the LinkedIn homepage, feed, and across the site today.
- Re-architected the content filtering backend, parallelizing 12+ ML/AI and other models purging all user content on the website in realtime from spam/abuse at 3000 QPS. This change improved system efficiency/throughput by 30%.
- Rebuilt the internal site analytics platform powering LinkedIn's investor projections.
- Built the prototype for LinkedIn's crowdsourcing platform. Led migration of internal AI/ML spam labelling platform to async processing, significantly speeding up operations.
